DESCRIPTION Tetra Almix 10 is a manually operated module designed for mixing/dissolving the liquid/dry parts for the production of carbonated soft drinks. The mixing module consists of a mixing tank, a mixing unit, a motor base with pump and a control panel. The mixing tank has a volume of 130 liters and is open at the top. It is equipped with baffle plates, a product inlet and a recycle inlet (both with manual butterfly valves), a temperature transmitter, a dust screen and a cover. The motor base is equipped with a motor for the mixing unit with V-belt drive and an Alfa Laval recirculation (centrifugal) pump: Features Centrifugal pump: - Brand: ALFA LAVAL - Type: LKH-10/163 SSS - Power: 4 KW / 5.4 HP Operation: The heart of the mixer module is the mixing unit, which simultaneously pumps, mixes and distributes the product. The mixing unit is mounted on the lower part of the mixing vessel. The powder dosed into the mixing vessel meets the liquid poured into the mixing unit by the pumping wheel and is propelled out through the holes in the perforated ring. Along its path through the perforated ring, the product is cut by the rotating blades.
