This industry is highly fragmented due to the large number of manufacturers worldwide, different packaging/bottling formats, and the diversity of the final products:

Juices, made from pressing the natural liquid contained in fruits and vegetables.

Although the process varies depending on the type of fruits used, they all have common preparation stages. According to their composition and manufacturing, we can highlight fruit juice, concentrate, and nectar.

Carbonated soft drinks and energy drinks, which contain water, sweeteners, and natural and/or artificial flavorings.

Water and isotonic drinks, with great rehydration capacity.

Smoothies, a blend of crushed fresh fruits with ice to which a variety of ingredients or toppings are usually added.

Fermented beverages, such as wine, which uses pressed grapes, and beer, which uses hops and barley or wheat.

Distilled beverages. They encompass most alcoholic beverages with over 20% alcohol by volume. Among them are beverages with various characteristics, ranging from different types of brandy and liqueur to whiskey, anise, tequila, rum, vodka, and gin, among others.

Dairy products, which depending on their format and characteristics, we can distinguish between dairy preparations (milk with additional ingredients), yogurts, fermented milks, dairy desserts, ice creams, curds, cheeses, and butter.
