DESCRIPTION This line is composed of: - Filler - Capping machine and cap dispenser. Production will depend on the format and product to be filled. ZALKIN CAPPER characteristics: *Model: T6069 * No. of heads: 20 * Production: 25000 B/H. The Zalkin capping machines are built for the crimping of aluminum screw caps (for carbonated beverages or non-carbonated liquids). They can also be equipped for the application of aluminum or plastic caps of various types (aluminum or plastic pre-sealed caps, screw-on or ratchet caps). The SIDEL cap orienting distributor combines three functions in one: lifting, orientation and distribution. The machine effectively orients the caps and optimizes the use of the floor space. This design makes it possible to orient caps from 20 mm to 120 mm diameter, plastic or metal, according to their geometrical shape. The system is able to reach speeds of 2000 caps/min. for the classic formats and 1000 caps/min. for the "sports" type caps. The cap feeder is easily connected to the SIDEL cap air conveyor, thus eliminating the need to locate the machine.
