DESCRIPTION
SUITABLE FOR ALL TYPE OF PRODUCTS: green peas, gren beans, spinach, carrots, okra, beans, strawberry, artichoke, sweet corn, broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom, etc...........
* WATER CONSUMPTION: 1,5 L water x 1 KG of product.
* STEAM CONSUMPTION: 1,5 L steam x 4 - 7 KG of product.
The machine can work in three versions, with water, with steam, or as a moisturizer (hydration).
** In case of hydration blancher version: The machine in this version is suitable to complete the rapid rehydration of cereals or legumes started with the per-heater.
- Module 1, its function is to treat the product, with water spray.
- Module 2, 4 and 6 its work with steam. The temperature is controlled by the probe located in module 6, which controls the modulating valve post on the steam supply line to module 6 when the pneumatic steam shut-off valve on module 2 is open.
- Modules 3 and 5, work with cold atomized water.
- Module 7 is designed to water-to-air cooler.
-Module 8, It work with water. Its temperature is not superior than 14ºC to reduce the temperature of the product.
**In case of water blancher version: The machine in this version works in counter-current, this mean, the product moves in the opposite direction to the cooling water. The first seven modules are equipped with trays with rotary filter for water recovery, and with the related level controls and water recirculation pumps.
- The modules 1, 2 and 3 its function is pre-blancher of the product.
- The modules 4 and 5 are specifically designed for blanching with hot water. The water is recirculated by means of pumps, the temperature is controlled in the module 4.
- In module 6, It acts as the first cooling module. It is equipped with a by-pass pump for the recirculation of heated water. It is sent to the 2nd or 3rd module. The supply to the 3rd module is controlled by a solenoid valve.
- The module 7 has the function of cooling the product with water mist and with the suction of humid air by means of a fan.
- Finally the module 8, has the function of cooling the product with water spray, above and below the net, and is collected in the recovery tank of module 8.
**In case of steam blancher version: The machine in this version in this version can steam blanch vegetables with 8 modules as well.
- Module 1 serves as a barrier against steam loss.
- Modules 2,3,4,5 and 6 work on steam. The temperature is controlled by the probe located in module 6, which controls the modulating valve located on the steam supply line to module 6 when the pneumatic steam shut-off valves are open.
- Module 7, It is designed to cool with WATER - AIR.
- Module 8, It runs on water. Its temperature does not exceed 14ºC to minimize the temperature of the product.
