DESCRIPTION • Longitudinal abrasive rollers. • Upper showers with pressure spray nozzles. • Upper covers for cleaning the inside of the machine. • Stainless steel plate chaining to prevent water splashing, with lower collection on one side for water and waste at one point. • Movement by 1 HP crown worm gear reducer. • Manual system to regulate the inclination of the machine and thus regulate the advance of the fruit inside the machine. • The abrasive peeler described above is equipped with an internal auger to hold the product in order to regulate the time we want the product to be inside the machine. • The auger plate is made of stainless-steel.
