S/S FAM ILC-3D DICER

DESCRIPTION This dicer/slicer can process products requiring a gentle and accurate cut (such as tomatoes and vegetables) and up to 225 mm (9”) max. diameter with improved yield and quality. No previous cuts are needed. The ILC-3D will perfectly produce uniform strips and sticks of carrots, celeries and so forth. It can work with: carrots, German celeries, onions, tomatoes, beets, aubergines, mushrooms, garlics, beans, almonds, potatoes, melons, apples, pears, cabbages for salad. *CUTTING SIZES: First cut: slices, adjustable thickness from 2 up to 28mm (3/32” – 1,1/8”). Second cut: strips (with circular blades): from 2,4 up to 40 mm (3/32” – 1,1/2”).
