DESCRIPTION Centrifugal slicer suitable for slicing and grating carrots, potatoes, turnips, etc. Thanks to the different types of sheets used, it is possible to cut into filaments (with ´V´ or oval profile), in strips and cut into very thin and uniform slices (smooth or wavy cut) a very wide range of products. The centrifugal action produced by the rotor ensures the exact placement of the product against the different sheets arranged along the circular cutting head. * Production will depend on the cutting size and product to be cut.
