VARPE CHECKWEIGHER MODEL CP 90

DESCRIPTION The checkweigher model CP-90 is capable of controlling all the products passing through a line and in case any of them does not comply with the programmed weight specifications, it separates the product from the line. Mechanically the equipment consists of 3 parts: 1) Input conveyor system, to collect the item to be controlled from the line where the control system is to be interleaved. 2) Weight conveyor system, to capture the value of the weight of the element to be controlled, and depending on it, make the appropriate decision for each product. 3) Rejection system, to deliver the controlled element to the line, or if necessary, to separate the products that do not comply with the weight specifications programmed in the equipment.
