PULPER FINISHER

DESCRIPTION These machines are used in the food industry to process fruit and vegetables, separating the pulp from the skins, seeds and other waste. The machine is mainly used as a juice and purée extractor. It is also used to remove seeds and pulp from juice extracted by other machines. The extractor has a large production capacity, which varies depending on the following factors: type of product (citrus fruits, pomegranates, tomatoes, etc.), condition of the product and type of processing it has undergone previously. In general, the ‘Finisher’ extractor allows: - Obtaining clearer juices (from a mixture of pulp, seeds and skins), due to the lower presence of solids compared to those from a crushing process. - Avoiding the aeration of the extracted juice. - Achieving the minimum degree of moisture in the waste.
