DESCRIPTION The centrifugal extractor is particularly suitable to process tomatoes and fruit pulp. The machine is suitable to separate juice from the pulp and from the undesired waste. It eliminates the peel, any stalks and the seeds keeping them aside, as the latter may contain substances which are harmful to the juice. Moreover, this characteristic prevents fragments mixed with the juice. The centrifugal force, developped by the conical- shaped rotor-sieve group, increases as the discharge point becomes closer. - OPERATING CYCLE The machine is composed of: - an electric motor - a conical-shaped rotor - a conical-shaped sieve - an external frame.
