DESCRIPTION The Peach Pitter model 320 APA feeds, aligns and pits “freestone” and “clingstone” peaches, at a speed of up to 320 fruits per minute. The new continuous automatic orientating system achieves a percentage of good aligning of 90%-95%. Minimum reprocessing is required thanks to the knife pitting principle. Superior alignment efficiency, combined with a gentle handling of soft (ripe) fruits, results in maximization of the amount of halves correctly pitted. The knife pitting system guarantees: • High capacity • The best pitting performances compared to other systems • Smooth cut thanks to high speed spinning knives, minimum downtime during the campaign for knive replacement; lower costs for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance compared to the torque pitting system.
