MECCANOFRUTTA UNIVERSAL SUPER ARTICHOKE PEELER

DESCRIPTION Our UNIVERSAL SUPER machine prepares artichoke hearts from very small to very large product that is from 30 mm to 80/85 mm diameter. Fresh artichokes have to be gauged in advance. Artichokes are placed by hand into the holes of the fruit-bearing plates, with their stalks turned downwards. A circular saw cuts the stalk at 15 mm about from the beginning of the heart, then another saw cuts all the stalk and a special device forms the heart of the artichoke while another saw cuts the top of the leaves at adjustable height. The UNIVERSAL SUPER is made with simple and strong gears and it is only necessary a normal lubrication and a careful cleaning at the end of the work.
