Products: pepper, aubergine, courgette, chicken, turkey, fish, etc. The machine automatically handles the products. The loading and unloading of the product is manual. The operator must first prepare the sliced product; then load the slices onto the machine's infeed conveyor; another operator will pick up the roasted product at the tunnel exit and place it in suitable containers.
