DESCRIPTION The Peach Pitting Machine model CT800 feeds, lines and pits peaches. Besides the higher yield, the final product is of high quality, with a better finish of the stone cavity and a lower percentage of bone fragments. Furthermore, if the peach pit is empty, the selective knife acts automatically and the fruit is pitted as a knife system, during the normal twisting cycle. * Production depends on the product and the size.
