DESCRIPTION The evaporator “ECO-ENERGY” model considerably reduces power consumption compared to other solutions of equivalent production capacities, due to the particular shape and position of the tube nests permitting the use of product circulation pumps with low installed electric powers. Furthermore steam condensation in the ECO-ENERGY takes place by means of an atomized water system which keeps the condenser clean. Water is extracted by means of a centrifugal pump.
