S/S FAM MANTIS SLICER

DESCRIPTION The Mantis FAM incorporates V-shaped conveyor belts which guide the product to the cutter wheel. This rotates at high speed and the sharp blades ensure a perfect cut. The cut size of the product is determined by the combination of: -the type and speed of the cutting wheel -The number of blades on the cutting wheel -The speed of the conveyor belt. -Cutting forms: Smooth or corrugated cut slices: whole, halves, quarters -Cutting sizes: Various cutting sizes possible from 0.8 mm to 60 mm -Maximum product diameter: 112 mm for consistent (hard) products 160 mm for compressible products * Production will depend on the format and the product to be cut.
