DESCRIPTION Rotofinisher 2 SE can reduce the pulp contents in the in the citrus and tropical fruit juices. It is provided with two filtering stages, whose speed can be individually adjusted by an inverter. 1) The first stage is normally operated at a lower speed, it gets back cells that can be used by soft drink industry. 2) The second stage is made up of a cylindrical filter, normally with holes 0,5 mm in diameter and carries out a further finishing of juice, facilitating the following step of processing. The possibility to adjust the speed of the screws in real time and to change the screens assures the best finishing results with different juices, including tropical fruit juices.
