DESCRIPTION The turbo-extractor, models CX20, is designed and built solely for the extraction of juice or puree from products normally intended for food, starting with whole fruits and vegetables or in large chunks.The machine can work in the presence of low-pressure steam or inert gas. Products: - Apples and pears. - Pitted peaches and apricots. - Grapes - Red fruits and wild fruits. - Tropical fruits and bananas. - Other fruits and vegetables.
