DESCRIPTION The rotary destone machine is designed to eliminate the stones of various kinds of fruit, such as peaches, apricots, prunes and cherries, producing a lump purée. The product is pushed by a guillotine between 2 rollers rotating towards each other (one with a rubber surface and the other with toothed-disks) and is separated from the stone by being squashed. The guillotine device, with alternative vertical movement, allows the product to be pressed against the rollers. The extractors favour the extraction of the product from indented disks. The destoner product will be directed separately into the discharge hopper by the distributor (distribution device). The cover prevents the output of the product during processing.
