DESCRIPTION 4 Piston filler from 100 ml to 1 Liter with servo-motor and spindle for accurate filling of containers. Features: -Double jacketed with plungers built in noble materials suitable for dense products: hydroalcohol, sauce, etc. - 60-liter tank self-supplied from its own tank. - 4 filling nozzles made of 316 stainless steel. - With 3-way valves. - Electro-pneumatic container stop system. - 3000 mm hinge conveyor with 86 mm thermoplastic chain. - Safety cabin in transparent polycarbonate and all controlled by an electro-pneumatic panel with display for time control, stops, doses and with frequency variators. - It includes a servo motor that drives the 4 pistons. - The minimum distance between containers is 45 mm. - The piston diameter for dosing is 50 mm. - The speed of the belt and the filling speed can be controlled from the electric panel with electronic variators. - Production: 20-25 containers/minute according to format, 1200 to 1500 liters/Hour. - Dimensions: Length 3000 mm Width 1200 mm Transport height: 950 to 1100 mm. - Power: 1 Motor reducer of 0,37 Kw 1 servo motor of 400 W - All motors are Atex category 3 and all electrical components of the panel will be under Category 3.
