DESCRIPTION The universal slicer MS 100.3 is used to cut into cubes, strips and slices such cooked, raw and slightly frozen (-3°C to 60°C) food products as meat, vegetables and fish. Size of cubes: 4x4 mm, 5x5 mm, 6x6 mm, 7x7 mm, 8x8 mm, 10x10 mm, 12x12 mm, 14x14 mm, 17x17 mm, 21x21 mm, 28x28 mm, 40x40 mm. Products: * Vegetables: onion, cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, celery, potatoes, etc. * Meat: sausages, fresh meat, pig's head, tongue, etc. * Fish: mackerel, tuna, cod, whiting, etc. * Others: eggs, cheese. Operation: The product to be cut must be manually introduced from the feed hopper into the pre-filling chamber. The sliding door must also be opened and closed manually. The pre-filling chamber is above the working chamber and is separated by the sliding door. When the sliding door is opened, the product falls by its own weight from the pre-filling chamber into the working chamber. The cutting process starts automatically after manually closing the sliding door. Max. output: 1,300 kg/h (depending on the type of food product, the selected feed rate, the size of the blade holder, the degree of filling of the chamber and the operator).
