Fully enclosed 5.6 kW (7.5 HP) motor The Urschel QuantiCut Dicer is designed to cut uniform cubes, strips and slices from a wide variety of high production rate food products including potatoes, carrots, turnips, turnip greens, celery, pineapple, peppers and a variety of other products. Slice thickness (straight): 1/16 to 1-1/8" (1.6 to 28.6 mm) Slice thickness (corrugated): 1/8 to 1' (3.2 to 25.4 mm) Circular blade cuts: 5/32 to 3' (4.0 to 76.2 mm) Cross-cutting blade cuts: 1/8 to 2-5/8' (3.2 to 66.7 mm) * Production will depend on the format and the product to be cut.
