DESCRIPTION This versatile machine is designed to dice and slice a variety of products including fresh, tempered frozen (frozen products should be tempered to approximately 27ºC-30ºC before slicing) or cooked meat, poultry, fish, bread and greens. Band width: 24.5 cm TYPES OF CUTS: CUBES: Many sizes of cuts are possible through a combination of various circular blade spacing options with different cross-cutting blade holder shafts. - Circular blades: 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2,3/4, 1, 1-1/2, 3‘’ (6,4 ; 7,9; 9,5; 13, 19, 25, 38, 76 mm) - CROSS CUT BLADES: 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3,4, 1, 1-1/2, 3‘’ (6,4; 9,5; 13, 19, 25, 38, 76 mm) CUTTING IN STRIPS: It is possible to cut products into strips by removing the cross cut blade holder shaft from the machine. The length and thickness of the strips will depend on the size of the original product. Production may vary depending on the cutting format and product.
