DESCRIPTION CONTINUOUS BLANCHER, by immersion, built in Aisi 304 Stainless Steel with chassis in structural tube 40x40x2 mm, micro perforated thermoplastic mesh, reinforced blades of 70 mm. of height, top drawer in perforated sheet of 5 mm so that the product does not float and we take it guided. Operated through a reducer motor unit of 1.5 hp. It is composed of a temperature control system driven by a PT100 with control panel with frequency variator, tilted seat valve for opening steam when necessary and water control by means of level probes. Lead a 1 ¼" tube closed coil to heat the water to the specified temperature and thermodynamic purge at the exit.
